Attach Any Static Files To A Customer

SAVIC® DocuLink™ is proprietary design allowing you to select then copy any static files like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF Files, MP3, MP4, TIFF, GIF, Lotus 123, Open Office, or any other static file type to the selected customer. This technology auto-creates folders for these files linked to the selected customer. Its all automatically handled for you.

You simply press the button “Copy And Link Document” which opens a window allowing you to browse to any files on your network, servers and folders. Simply click on any existing document you have and it will be copied for you into a folder within SAVIC® related to the selected customer. Once the documents have been placed into the new folder you will see them listed in the grid detailing the file name.

When you have customer documents that have been scattered all over your network these can all be put in one place for this customer in SAVIC® CRSF.

SAVIC® DocuLink™ has two main file link types “Internal Links” and “External Links”. Internal Links refer to when you select existing documents on your network for a customer and these documents are copied into the SAVIC® DocuLink™ folders.

External Links are when you want to keep documents for a customer in their original folders on the network but just link to these customer documents without coping them into SAVIC® folders.

Email Document Overview

SAVIC® CRM Document Management Email Document overview:
Because of SAVIC® Word creates beautiful marketing documents they can be used for your email marketing campaigns quickly and more easily then other CRM products. Everything you need is already built into the SAVIC® Document Management module.

Select and document and press the “Email Document” button and that document will automatically open Microsoft Outlook and then paste the document content directly into Outlook adding a subject line and the contact name for you. The process is fast and easy they way people expect it to be.

SAVIC® DocuLink™ allows you to tag multiple documents from the current selected folder of documents as well as tag multiple customers to send these attached documents to.  When we select two SAVIC® word documents and one PDF file document these will be attached to the email.  Any DocuLink™ document can be attached using our document tagging system, just pick any Tiff, Giff, PDF, Spreadsheet, Word Processing Document, Open Office Document or any other type of document you need to send by email to your customer.

The first document you selected is named on the subject line of the email which you may want to modify before sending as well as type any other pertinent information into the email before you send it.

SAVIC® Document Management has a button called Mange Folder Names that lets you rename the default folder names from their original names Folder 1 - Folder 8 into folder names that makes sense for your list and the documents you put into that list for your customers. There are 3 types of folders with 8 folders each.

Tag Then Email Marketing Used In Marketing

SAVIC® Tag and Email provides you with quick and fast way to tag contacts from your current filtered list of contacts. A single press of the button brings up your current filtered contacts list in a grid allowing you to select records by clicking or pressing your finger on any records.

Selected records turn grey and if you require a way to tag blocks of record we have a feature called Block Tagging. Block Tagging can be turned on or off by pressing the button in one touch. Record tagged using Block Tagging are displayed in orange.
